After graduated from industrial design study at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Gladys started her Visual Merchandising journey at the luxury fashion & lifestyle department store – LaneCrawford (HK). Worked as a freelancer after leaving LaneCrawford, she has collaborated with a wide range of global brands and successfully gained recognition within the industry. She set up her own design practice, GLADC Studio, in 2014.
Selected as Concentration Studies Industry Advisor (CISA) at Hong Kong Baptist University in 2016 – 2017.
Projects cover far beyond visual merchandising, including branding and spatial design for cosmetics, fashion retail, home & life style, F&B etc.
